My son plays for an AAU basketball program operated by a local 503-C Non-Profit “Bull City B.E.S.T”. The program runs a number of local programs for youth in Durham, N.C. designed to create community. Right now they are starting a 5-day fundraising campaign. bullcitybest.org

Proceeds will help cover the following costs: - Team & Individual photo shoots, video interviews w/ players. - End of Season Banquet - Weekend at Georgia State AAU Championship, tour of the OverTime Elite Basketball facility, & team trip to the Georgia Aquarium — covering all costs for the players.

The program is run by a former guidance counselor at my kids’ elementary school and her husband. They are great people who run several free programs in the public elementary schools that my youngest has been involved with.

They run this basketball program as lean as possible to keep costs for families as low as possible and hire former players in the community to coach. So any contribution to help us will be appreciated!!
