Hey Mulch Gang, I really wanted to do the karaoke stream before I left for Texas next week but my internet is still out and the earliest they can get a tech out is Oct 19… I can luckily stay at a friend’s place to stay sane until then but wanted to say no streams until then🙇

Multiple calls telling me it’s just my fault, they finally admit there’s a wider outage so hopefully that means they can come sooner!

Now they’re saying it’s just me again and I have to wait 2 weeks to get someone… MAKE UP YOUR MIND

‪Went back over to my house and still no internet so safe to say it’s not getting fixed until they come over in 2 weeks…‬

The response time is awful. Your bill should be prorated for all the time that the net isn't working.
