I’ve been building my own software factory over the past year. It again changed the way how I do software engineering fundamentally - similar delta compared to coding by hand vs using agents. I’m thinking of writing a blog post about it. What are your biggest questions?

would be cool to include how much you spend on ai as part of conversation and if your approach would be affected if token costs changed

also, more interested in how effect ts has changed your approach i presume you code has become more verbose but helps with feeback loop to the ai?
