Anyone boarding this bus is required to proclaim “Excelsior!” in fine Stan Lee fashion. I don’t make the rules, this is just how things happen now. Also @octranspo.com, can we get an image of Stan the Man attached to the front or passenger boarding side of this bus? Someone HAD to be thinking this
