Prediction: The NYC Democratic mayoral primary will be close. The Socialist will declare victory on Election Night. (Don’t they always?) Then in a week or two, when the absent ballots have been counted and tally shows a different winner, the Socialist will claim “the system is rigged.” (Ditto.)
