What the hell is in ‘question’? Someone in DOJ just indicted Castro for shooting private planes out of the air 30 years ago! Congress is asleep! Unprovoked killing of small boaters in international waters. The Hague should be calling.

The stated purpose of the strikes is a blatant and obvious lie, and if the goal were to stop drugs, they would still be entirely illegal under both US and international law. These are war crimes, premeditated murders, and gross abuse of power.

Do you have any competent foreign policy reporters? and if you do, do they need to look to critics to question the legality and effectiveness of the murdering people at sea without any proof of drugs and/or illegal activity? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING!???

If by critics you mean anyone who isn’t a racist murdering POS. that’s NOT how we handle low level drug smugglers. We can board the boats seize the drugs instead of polluting the ocean with “drugs” and bombs and murdered bodies. this isn’t justice and it’s not stopping the drug trade.

Didn't Trump claim Raoul Castro should be executed for attacking civilians on vessels traveling between Cuba and the US? Why is the law different for Kegseth and Trump?

US Murders total more than 200. I question nothing. Illegal, ineffective, immoral, performative bloodletting normalized by poorly written headlines. Get pissed, NPR, these same people want you gone, too.

Grow some fucking balls and stop giving them any benefit of the doubt. They don't "aim to stem drug flow." This has been proven demonstrably and repeatedly. The administration just wanted to kill Brown people to see if they could get away with it. And headlines like this are helping them do it.

Here are the “narco-terrorists” that the US is murdering- “In several interviews, residents of the region and relatives said the dead men were mostly laborers or fishermen making $500 a trip.” Thank you for reporting!

I’m so confused as to why “some critics” and then NPR question the “effectiveness” of these extrajudicial murders. It doesn’t matter. It’s murder!

Going after the little minnows is a cowards way. He pardoned Juan Orlando Hernández and Garnett Gilbert Smith. I guess they were able to give trump what the little fish could not?

They are effective in communicating to run your drugs through the normal channels of Mexican drug cartels. We even took away drug enforcement at the border to focus those guys on immigration. We are telling South & Central America explicitly how to move drugs.
