I pre ordered pants on kickstarter and haven’t gotten them yet. Should I be worried?

On. It seems I have 3 kickstarter accounts and the one I used was using a autogenerated private email from Apple. I have a email reply from you guys sending me the link for the forum but the relay is making it hard to do much elts again, including receiving the link. Thanks!
