Why does every company have a separate company for applying for jobs,, I don't want to have to give out all my PPI for every job I apply for, just for no reply back, Also anyone know where they are being software developers?... Without bachelors degree?

I hate making new accounts for everything and I cant even use fake email to sign up as that's what it puts as the bloody contact for companies has be 'professional' email 😭😭😭
