Obliviousness? I disagree with that word choice (because he is certainly aware) and assert instead that it’s a matter of “utter disregard”, which means he knows and just fawking doesn’t care.

A total disregard for people's need for housing is par for the course with der trumple. But also include pure hatred for the citizens who won't "respect the president" therefore need to be punished by restricting their rights to vote. He simply does not belong as president.
