What I want to know is why the garlic peel is called "garlic paper," but the onion peel isn't called "onion paper." It's clearly paper. They should put it in the newspaper that I'm right.

You mean the newspeel?

I mean... you have to peel the pages apart.... it makes sense.... I'll accept "newspeel" if I can get "onion paper" as the term for the outer layer of the onion made official.
