Listening to “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich,” I learned about Lebensraum: German for "living space,” a nationalist concept used by Nazi Germany to justify territorial expansion, particularly eastward, to heavily-populated Europe. The parallels to what’s happening to Gaza today are striking.
