Truly can't imagine a better use of your time and money than traveling to see the world. I am genuinely a better person now for having experienced places like this, a person with more empathy, more resilience, and a broader understanding of the world and the people in it.

Terrific for those that have the time, money, and are unencumbered enough. But don’t assume that because it made you a better person that is necessary for making other people better, or that it makes all who do it better.
