I had mountain sickness at 4.1 in Nepal. How was your ascent?

Mine started at 2800, haha, and would reoccur every additional 500 meters. I'm taking it slowly. Usually giving myself a few weeks here. Where did you go?

Spending an extra day and eating, and hydrating should be a good cure. I hallucinated and puked. Was 100% worth it though :) We did Anapurna base camp.
