Its currently restricted to youtube as video is often times a lil different each platform. This will most likely always be a curated choice of supported platforms because this also doesn't make sense for e.g. streaming sites where a single page url and video element might show different contents 🤷‍♂️

We also have @margin.at. If we could annotate videos at specific times, we could pull YouTube and other videos into custom players in which those annotations could be surfaced as overlays in the video player. This becomes extra interesting because work at Streamplace on MUXL. Addressable moments.
