Michelle Lovretta (blessed by the name of the Bringer of Bisexual Heroines) gave a really amazing interview about the Killjoys finale basically defending the idea that joy is just as valid and artistic and important as pain, and saying that is why she chose to lean into it with her finale. I 💓 her.

She's fantastic. Killjoys is one of my absolute favorite shows. The make so much with a limited budget. The original cast is phenomenal, and the later-season additions are just as good. (Sorry for barging in, I found your post when looking to see if Loretta was here on Bluesky.)

I can't believe I seem to have found my match when it comes to loving Killjoys. I'm writing a contemporary Earth sci-fi series, and readers who know their Killjoys will pick up on a few (quite big) Easter eggs I've hidden in the books. I have to rewatch it now.
