MAGA having a real normal one in response to the tragic flooding in Texas

Normal monitoring and alerting gives people heads up to events like this. Why are these systems breaking? They'll never honestly answer this.

Despite finding cuts, the NWS was still able to issue a warning. The municipalities didn't pass it on until several hours later.
