would a “the way i use AI” blog post be cool & interesting or just more on the pile of AI content everyone is probably tired of?

I'm more interested in hearing from skeptics than those that went all in early. I've seen you joke about AI slop a bunch, so sure, I'm curious to know how useful it is to you.

That's exactly it! I'd like to hear about real-world use cases from pragmatic people. I couldn't think of a better word than 'skeptic' at 5 something in the morning. 🤣

I personally think a lot of people on reddit communities like r/selfhosted and r/macapps (where I hang out some) are inundated with vibe coded slop so it's hard to sift through what is good and what is slop. Even an app I made that I built by hand got scrutinized "oh another slop app"

I think you should do a post. Bc I think knowing how to use AI effectively so it still allows you to be part of the creative process and be in control is important. People need to see there are still devs out there trying to do the Lord's work and actually write code.

It's just going to get lost in the mix at this point. But I think knowing you use it like I do, it may be quite different than most people that lean on it too heavily.

Hi, I just published mine yesterday :) both the personal experiences post, and the workflow post: bsky.app/profile/acem... (fwiw the "non determinism" section specifically touches on points I've seen you raise)

I wrote about everything I've felt, feared, and experienced about using AI for code over the last few years, and my opinions on where we stand. It's the most personal thing I've ever written. And I'm putting it out there to share with all of you. blog.isquaredsoftware.com/2026/05/ai-t...
