Notice how this fully anti-trans detransition therapy rhetoric is so functionally similar to the "you're valid no matter what, you don't have to transition to be trans" rhetoric that we have all inculcated ourselves to?

idk it seems like we can all agree that sometimes there messages communicated beyond the literal surface level so maybe everyone should just be extremely explicit and careful when they talk about this stuff

ftr I am a middle aged trans woman who started social and medical transition at the same time about a year and a half ago. also fwiw I am married to an any/all not-medically-transitioning genderqueer person. I mostly just want us all to get along
