AI Agents get people excited about the possibilities for automation. And I am all for it! 🤖 👍 The funny thing is that many times the proposed AI Agent use-case would be better as a traditional automation 👴 It’s important to know why a technology is the best fit to solve a problem 🤓 🧠

I noticed this recently when reading survey results. A lot of the things people are under the impression Copilot etc can do are really better cloud flow/RPA use cases

The good news is it gets people “in the door” 🚪 Then we hope they are truly solution oriented as opposed to being excited about a specific technology 🕹️

Absolutely! With my new position, I can do adoption and training over anything M365, so I don't care what tool gets used, so as long as they don't care either, the problem can get solved now that they've made me aware of it!
