It's also worth noting that the first laugh may have been a woman, there's a whole lot of very deep voices replying as well, but he only seems upset/bothered by the woman. Just...totally focused in on -her-.

If they were because of Democrats, they would have been high when they enacted whatever legislation he's going on about. She also has a right to speech. She has a right to laugh at him. She is also not the government.

I had listened to my parents debate for hours after dinner, like lovebirds chirping back and forth with ruffled feathers and getting puffed up and being a little one I had no concept of foreplay. I had no use for debate club thinking I had heard about all I could take. We were given to watch debates

In an auditorium and I went thinking I might learn something. And I learned that when you blame your opponent you lost the match because you are saying that you came unprepared to make a point or defend a position. Blame the Democrats and the debate is over. His base is not pleased that he lost.
