I have never understood how including gender on a piece of identification is useful in the first place. Either the photo matches how the person looks or it doesn't.

What the hell does gender have to do with driving a damn car?!? This is disgusting. Even IF they want to play games when it comes to voting, they could simply say they cannot use it to vote if the gender doesn't match, but we know this is about trying to erase people!

There is. This is plainly unconstitutional. But the fact that it goes into effect immediately means pain and suffering even if a court will throw this out eventually. But also, you have to trust these courts not to fuck up
