State of SaaS

I am retired now, but I spent 18 years working at Microsoft working on Mac Office. We would spend months on honing a release. Now it seems that stuff is thrown over the wall and it will be 'fixed in an update'. I think things were better when users where not our testers.

Mac Office absolutely sucks so much now I've switched to Pages. I'm sure you made it great 🫶

That indeed was my goal when I worked on the project.
