Beggars belief that Barnstaple Hospital (where three of my grandparents ended their days) is being described as remote. North Devon has several mid-sized towns that used to have their own maternity provision. Now women have to go to Exeter?! It's criminal. www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026...
