Plasma donation done. It was my 25th plasma or blood donation since the Mad Cow exclusion was lifted, so I've got a nice new umbrella. I encourage you to donate plasma if you can. It takes a little longer but you get more snacks!

Looks like I’m going to have to only donate plasma as my trips to Vietnam (malaria risk) have a four month block out after each trip. My son will be moving there for university so the (excuses for) trips will only increase.
