I’m building Promoly - it’s an app for record labels to send music to DJs.

Man, I wish tools like these were available 5-6 years ago when I produced music myself. Was on it for almost a decade, some of the tracks in various styles: www.madza.dev/music Also, added you to the list! 👍💯

Ha this one of the very reasons why we built it. I used to run a label 15 years ago and needed a way to promote better. Thanks for the add. I’ll check out your tunes!

Just curious, which label and which genre? I might know it since I spent a lot of time on Beatport and elsewhere!

It was a label called Tongue Flap (I wasn’t great at branding 😅) and mainly dnb and dubstep. One of the best sellers was this youtu.be/CJzfTZlEl40?...

Damn! 🔥🔥You must send a personal DM or something to warn me before posting nostalgia tunes like that! 💖🤣🤣 I was all in dubstep, drum and bass, progressive house and trance! And UKF was like godfather for the first two, and still is for me! 👍💯

Haha brings back some memories doesn’t it. We hit the dubstep wave as we released it. UKF is great and see pushing well today. Small world isn’t it. Do you ever produce now?

Nowadays not producing music anymore, hard to find time for that when coding and tech writing! 😉 But still audio projects are special to my heart and already coded online radio for devs, made npm package for my audio player, etc 💖 radio.madza.dev github.com/madzadev/aud...
