I think it’s easy to feel very defeatist about the state of the west and I do feel that too, but my hope is that the victory of the Trump admin will mobilise Europe and us here in the Pacific/Oceania to take our collective defensive more seriously (and hopefully we are seeing the US neocons wake up)
