If everything in your business is perfect, you’re probably missing something. You’re probably missing growth! If so, your business isn’t perfect, it’s comfortable. The growth businesses I’m aware of are growing 30-30% each month. They’re imperfect and still doubling every few months.

Most founders never hit 20% MoM growth. When they do, the role becomes more about leadership and strategy. And that means picking the nice things you want. At 2-3% MoM growth, you can control much more, but your chances of a 8-9 figure exit drop. Founders need to know their goals!
