Just passed this in the other direction with the same feeling.

E bikes FTW!

I always loved Paris, but traffic & air quality used to be a mess. We saw it as part of the charm, I guess. The last couple of times I’ve visited I’ve really enjoyed cycling. Oh, and I agree with Baudrillard, certainly now when we are always on. Very few spaces to be out of an assigned role.

Lovely. Getting around cities by bike is just nice.

Here’s the ride home, just to round things out. Enjoyed watching Hail Mary at the Scotiabank theatre. Can’t emphasize enough how much nicer it is to bike vs drive downtown on a summer evening.
