Since 2015 when I started biking around the city there’s been positive change in more lanes and more driver awareness, but the explosion of throttle bikes salmoning and riding through red lights on cross streets has made biking in Manhattan pretty horrible at peak delivery times.

These cargo bike trailers are all around town. Bike lanes plus E bikes = bike logistics. (I wouldn’t mind having one of these trailers if I had somewhere to park it. )

I don’t think I’ve seen any fully separated lanes with barriers, but there are decent widths with a door swing separation to the parked cars

Congestion pricing has really made the roads much safer when you're on a bike as well. It's so much nicer now.
