The one big struggle I've hit with #golang: there are ZERO nice image creation libraries. Generating OG Images is HELL. Node, you've got this one in the bag. (i still struggled through gg)

did you try reusing image libraries from game engines such as ebiten ?

I haven't yet, I may need to check it out! My current problem with more "advanced" solutions (e.g. chromedp) has been speed: I generate a ton of these all at once, so I like it to go zooooooommmm.

You mean for screenshoting ? I had a conversation with someone on Reddit a few days ago about that (you ? :)). 2 solutions were mentioned : gowitness (which relies on chromedp) and httpx
