maybe i'm old fashion but the coolest thing about video games is being taken to new worlds that i hadn't thought up and experiencing something exciting that the artists behind the game want to show me

The first step after "Hello computer" will take him & his LLM months if not years to even get working, nevermind working correctly and cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars. These people.

No no see its totally happening now! This time it's for real! The LLMs definitely aren't grabbing random bits of code and prefab game engine assets that look kinda close until someone takes a detailed look then the house of cards collapses like every time before this! This time it's the real deal!

It works totally fine for a piece of software that has only been out for less than a week as a V0.1, it’s got like 20k stars on GitHub in the last week.

If you’re not running into a big (which are rapidly being squashed) the software works significantly better than PS. It’s much smaller and runs way better since it’s written in Rust.

If they had completely decompiled it, it would behave the same. It would not be v0.01 software. Also, half the buttons do nothing. It only looks impressive to the most gullible ai-brainrotted people in the world.

They didn't though. You were literally linked a post earlier today showing that they just copied Photopea and made it LOOK like Photoshop. And the AI video game decomp/recomps are inaccurate, look like shit, don't work, and everybody fucking hates them. It's all hype and scams. Always has been.
