What we have here is a 'pattern.' This is not the first time the LAPD have lied to the FBI to silence legal speech. The questions now changes from "Is this a pattern of lying to the FBI" to "Is there a pattern within the FBI of covering up crimes committed by the LAPD to censor legal speech?"
