I’m sitting in the Columbus airport after having been here a week. The amount of politics in the air is suffocating. Can’t think of a better way to describe it. Everyone I’ve talked to is beyond tired of it. I’m not the person who brought it up in these conversations.

A relative was telling me about his boss attempting to bring up the ad with Amy Acton’s mom (to say how fucked up it is) and the reaction was “we all agree this is awful, please don’t bring it here, too.”
