Are any #WordPress folks out there experts at creating block style variations? Is there documentation for what style properties can be changed for each block?

Block Variations *feel* like they should be less cumbersome than they are! Maybe bc some properties are fully baked-in? e.g. can’t disable alignment on Media & Text or wrap a Link around a Group… These features feel like they should be interchangeable but aren’t!
