@tolin.ski loved the @syntax.fm video about your Electron app. Are you using the @sentry/electron SDK? Also, what do you know about international digital sales taxes and how horrible it makes selling apps these days?

Stripe will happily take your payments without telling you that you've likely exceeded sales tax thresholds simply by having a customer in Germany pay you. Caveat emptor, indeed.

(and Stripe Tax is basically a joke. It's extra PLUS you still have to set up tax merchant accounts in multiple countries.) An MoR takes care of all that for you.

It's great how the EU + many other countries have made it incredibly complicated for smaller devs to sell digital products. All in the name of getting money from the tech giants 🤦🏻‍♂️
