Next target are private planes flying into the US from anywhere: Mexico, Canada, Cuba, Caribbean.... If Dept of Defense decides the plane is carrying narcotics - instead of a family of 5 from the mid west - they can shoot it down before it crosses US border? Yeah, that is going to go down well.

Summary execution without any evidentiary proof these boats were transporting narcotics. It’s immoral and criminal.
