Also if someone who's way cooler than me tell me what's up with Carlos Auto Service, that'd be great. I am so curious. Is it still a functional auto garage? They are having a bike sale this weekend. I don't see any cars in there. Is it an artist's space now??

Late reply on this one but I believe it's going to be part of the lot used for the open mic house expansion into a multi-unit building, so the auto service vacated. Hence also it gets a lot of cool events now, because the current owners are the open mic house owners

Yes, this. Got to a show there on Saturday night. Goal seems to be to keep art happening on the lot after redevelopment, too.
