Mozambique's infamous tuna boats are up for auction. The base price for the lot ($10mn+) is a bit high for me to grab a rusty memento of years of reporting, but given the original loan for them was $850mn (out of the $2bn hidden debts) - it's a steal. Literally. www.bloomberg.com/news/article...

The tuna bond case itself rolls on by the way, even after Mozambique won massive damages in London this year. Enforcement has been proving very complicated, and that was before Mozambique's post-election governance crisis broke out.
