For the last ~week, I was getting intermittent but frequent 403 errors from the NOTAM API. My ingestion pipeline would work from my laptop, but from a Cloudflare Worker it would hit a 403 and abort the entire chain (and retries would 100% fail). Side effect is NOTAM state was slightly stale :(

The "fix"? I now have a Google Cloud Run relay, so Cloudflare Worker -> Google Cloud Run -> NOTAM API. I'm genuinely curious now if this is because a WAF is detecting a lot of unusual/poorly shaped Cloudflare traffic because there's a lot of weird NOTAM AI things popping up.
