I also had a few outright failures: presetbot.com (api for lightroom presets) - cool idea, but no real demand altnado.com (automatic alt text) - struggled to find initial users, probably isn't a big enough pain point unless you're a super large enterprise, which would likely require work per client

interlinked.fyi (elt/etl space competitive analysis) - only one company was interested, seemed too niche I also had a few projects I started on but decided to stop (or at least shelve temporarily):

elmohq.com (llm seo) - without search volume, it isn't as useful. some competitors (like Profound) just "estimate" the volume, which feels scammy.

audiencegarden.com (better twitter replies) - too much platform risk, expensive API costs, and would only be credible to sell this if I had a larger following.

For 2025, my goal is to be more focused and reach meaningful revenue. I'm selling MealByMeal on acquire.com, and then will be focusing on KeywordGems.com (seo keyword research) for at least a couple months.
