How do we get enough coherence so the block voters from the FSU don't win both slots?

Good question. Hopefully the FSU will exhaust a good chunk of their support electing 1 board member. So we'd like to have a consistent top few slots to try and block them from the second. More important is to rank as many candidates as you can stomach to ensure your vote doesn't become exhausted.
