I wrote a #powershell function to rebuild the PATH env var because I was annoyed after installing a new CLI tool that it wasn't immediately available. This cross-platform function will update PATH with the machine/user/process-scoped vars. And now this is where you tell me there's a better way 😅

I wanted to get a pretty code snippet without having to manually go to a website or tweak vscode/terminal. I noticed that carbon will accept gist IDs though, and you can just generate a URL with the code in a query param. So of course I'll add a function to my profile to generate those URLs.

Ah. You know what. You’re right. `refreshenv` is a tool included to refresh the path. It is up to a maintainer to use it as the last step of a package. Though you could set a post install global hook to do it for every package. Brb. Blog post time.
