What is a good way to render or compile a svelte component with vite that gets me an output with css like static-adapter regardless of compiler option css "injected" or "external"?

Why not set css injected then?

🧵Oh right, I forgot to mention, I'm using Astro for one part that is serving and hosting my portfolio which holds component I want to render, and another part is a npm package which does use injected to render

🧵but inorder to get output I have to run build on astro proj or run dev, which I noticed from output that the styles aren't populated
