I've paused my teaching after 25 years. Teaching? Love it. I'm really, really good too. All the rest of it can get in the bin. It's such a shame.

It really is. Every year I see more and more people leave. They claim they're happier, have more money, less stressed and have more time. It's hard to carry on when everyone around you leaves.
