Probably one that's been mobbed by smaller birds. I watched one get chased into a dense Ashe Juniper on our place, and then try to peek out only to be re-spotted by the jay and the mockingbird that had started the riot.

Young handsome one; always love your photos of wildlife . And the succinct snd specific labeling . You should produce wildlife book for there is a definite market for the beauty that has become more elusive over the last two decades
