I'm at the start of building a new startup, I'm mostly backend, so far used to sveltekit as a fast UI. Would you recommend that I keep with what I know for this, or would I benefit from trying something like Tanstack start?

I’d have to know a lot more about what the app does today and what you want it to do tomorrow. But if svelte works for you my advice would be to stay the course. In a startup you should be focus 💯 on delivering for the customer. Tech stack is a secondary concern. IMHO.
