An agent that knows when to bring in a person could spare us a lot of orchestration. I'd want it to explain why that moment needs human judgment, while people retain the ability to redraw the boundary.

I already feel this in hiring. The agent runs the first interview and only pulls me in when a candidate breaks the pattern. My job stopped being the gatekeeper. It became the exception handler.
