me having a dental emergency and then having the same exact one again four months later (right now!) all because I didn’t follow up with my dentist’s endodontist referral …all because i didn’t take the silly lil pill that takes all of 5s to dispense and consume 🙃

those days are the most depressing for me because it’s usually a place I can escape from the adhd
