“Some mature content from Dispatch's original version has been modified.” 1. If it isn’t the same product, you’re charging full product prices. 2. That description is not descriptive enough. “Some” doesn’t cut it and be specific and clear that it was due to Nintendos policies.

I would recommend that if you are able, fill out the Nintendo customer satisfaction survey. I think if enough of us state we will not buy mature rated content on the system because their policies compromise the experience otherwise offered on other platforms, they may change their policies. 😉
