PwC asked 3,934 executives who owns AI risk. The answers: 29% CIO or CTO, 26% a dedicated AI leader, 17% the CISO, 11% unclear or shared. No single ownership model has emerged. An agent does not check the org chart before it acts. It only checks who can stop it.
